Worldwide Aircraft Appraisals Services..

Worldwide Aircraft Appraisals Services, a division of International Aviation Consultants, Inc, is an experienced provider of an aircraft's fair market value.

We can can provide aircraft and helicopter appraisals, pre-purchase evaluations, value for insurance, accidents and diminution of value claims, tax purposes, business and accounting necessities, on site inspections or "desk-top" collateral checks. I have a worldwide database of standardized evaluation information and also specific details about specific issues and concerns. I review these databases, factor in a review of the current market trends and a complete inventory of the aircraft, its engines, props, avionics, equipments, etc., etc., as well as logs and maintenance records and finally put that together with actual sales tracking data, to determine an accurate and verifiable price.

We can provide either Certified Appraisal or Market Analysis of an aircraft's fair market value.

Certified Appraisal:  The only real way to determine an aircraft's fair market value is to perform a certified appraisal.  To accomplish the appraisal we will go to the aircraft to do a visual examination.  The exterior will be inspected for damage, corrosion, loose or missing fasteners, paint condition, airframe condition and tires condition.  We check for oil and fluid leaks around engine and landing gears.  We will also inspect the interior of cockpit, passenger area and baggage compartment for condition of seats, carpets, head and side panels, glass, glare shield, etc.  We will thoroughly search log books and records for latest airworthiness advisories (AD’s), damage history, for completeness of the log books, maintenance history, etc..  We will make every effort to accomplish this task in a time frame agreed on between appraiser and client.

Market Value Analysis: This is a method to provide a low cost method to estimate market value of an aircraft.  The basic aircraft information is provided by the client, and we then work with the client to insure the information provided is as accurate as possible without our actually visiting the aircraft.  This type of analysis is suitable for establishing or negotiating a purchase price for an aircraft.  This Market Analysis, however, will not be acceptable when dealing with government agencies, settling legal disputes or for financing purposes since the the information about the aircraft is submitted by an "interested party."

Computerized Assessment of Value: For both Certified Appraisals and Market Analysis, the information collected is then incorporated into the NAAA database which uses factual, current sales data on over 10,000 aircraft makes and models, 12,000 Avionics components, and 2,000 Engines to give our client the most up-to-date market values.

Our Certified Appraisals are accepted by every financial, legal, government, and private agencies.  Banks and Lending Institutions rely on a Certified Aircraft Appraisal to determine the TRUE value of any aircraft.   As a Buyer or a Seller you should too!

All client information is confidential.
